so beyond giving back and helping new players being a lot of fun, i cant recommend newbie coaching enough as an avenue of personal development

the div has only been 19ish teams which isnt a great look, but it was 18 last season, as well as in s5. s7 and 8 were only around 21 teams which isnt that many more
