You probably have settings in the new config which are not being overwritten by your old config. For example, if you have "r_drawviewmodels 0" in your new config, but not "r_drawviewmodels 1" in your old config, replacing the new with the old will not set your viewmodels to display again.
You would have to reset your TF2 to default, and then put the old tf folder back, then it should take it back to where it was before. I just did this after messing with a crosshair switcher.

Thomas the Tank Engine was god tier for kids shows. Ringo Starr, George Carlin, and Alec Baldwin all narrators (as well as Pierce Brosnan if you count the re-narrated rereleases). The original books were also incredibly written and illustrated, and are still the best children's books I've seen to this day

Geknaiirfatswimdudeisn't tracking ubers one of the things that is meant to raise the skill ceiling on medic? i feel like this takes that away...after playing tf2 for way too fucking long the difference between a good or bad medic is who they heal, knowing exact uber advantage isnt that big
but imagine if a med starts out in UGC iron using this app and never learns to count uber. then in open finals, 2 years later: "what's their percentage?" "sorry my phone died"

i dont think its really fair to expect a ranking system with perfect discrepancy based off of a public and low-level pug system. tf2playerrankings is meant for determining general skill level at a broad scale, just like CSGO ranks.
