also you didn't really provide any analysis on your list so it's kinda really wonky to look at because without having any solid backing most of your rankings seem really silly to me and probably to a whole lot of other people but I'm sure you have your reasons for ranking people where they are
plus without any analysis your rankings don't really have anything more interesting about them than say: a mustardoverlord forum post

there are no default maccel settings in cpma, you need to use povohat's driver if you want them

doesnt have playable tdm maps yet, and really bothers me that everyone has a different colour. one is green other one is pink, the outline doesnt really helps in teammodes. im still waiting for a forcecolor command.
ive played the steam beta release warsow version, which has a reworked code, and some issues, but looks a lot more promosing. gonna be free, and for every platform.

wsw is as dead as cpma, and imo has little to no hope of growing
reflex brings some new things to the table and is really early in its development cycle, the programmers also have much more experience than the people who wrote wsw did
as for TDM maps there are actually a few (not many but there are definitely a few), if you don't think there is playable TDM maps you haven't been looking ;o
the player outlines are a bit annoying right now but afaik the plan as the game develops is to add a seperate model for teammates so they're easier to distinguish and you can have any colour you want
