emkay isn't the best medic to have graced the game but he can definitely play medic in IM and he's definitely a cool person so I imagine if he finds the right group of gamers with a similar mindset he can grow as a player especially in terms of decision making in regards to popping ubers ^__^

obviously the skill level at the top level of tf2 has lowered with the entirety of the epsilon lineup leaving tf2 and everyone but b4nny from froyo quitting

muma is not the worst demo/player there has ever been to be top4 at any point and it's pretty much impossible for him to do anything but improve at this point, just because you may not like him as a person and he may play bad every few games does not mean he's the worst player to have ever graced invite and it does not mean the skill level of invite has dramatically decreased. You could argue that point a different way but pointing out the fact that muma is on the same team as b4nny does not mean what your saying.

I want also point out that people said this a lot when mangachu made LAN and people have said it about other people before and after that.

it would be nice if there was something like this integrated into the etf2l website, I can see people using that if it's advertised well and has a nice kickstart
ESEA has a system in place which would (I think) work well for lower level teams but currently no one uses it

I can't speak for everyone but
cafe monster as a team basically died, they originally took the razer tourney as an opportunity to build up towards next season but decided that they would not be playing next season and various players did not want to play at all
on top of this, it wasn't planned very well and most of the players that would've played had work or were unavailable
I was offered the spot/roster if I could put together a team to play but I felt it was unfair to play since the tournament had a qualifier and no more than one or two people that had played in a game to qualify would be playing in the finals

I definitely think it was silly of people to no show, even if you would've had 1/2 your roster it still would've been worth it for the sake of it.

I want to also point out that the timing of this cup kind of sucked because a lot of rosters at all skill levels are in flux at this current moment due to it being the end to offseason

if you hit an unbuffed scout you basically force him to leave the fight, play like a bitch, or get healed and a slightly damaged soldier is no different

there is enough spam in this game
engineer should not be able to spam, especially something that removes any amount of ubercharge because you can shorten ubers and also break a teams push by hitting the medic once while he's walking in if he doesn't pop early
both are ridiculously stupidly contradicting to the currentmeta, as for the range you might think will cause the uber thing to be a non-factor but I guarantee that there will be situations where the uber effect is still important
panic attack, phlog, and cleaner's carbine are all ok for sure

but gunslinger was banned because it was literally unfun for everyone in the server except the engineer, it adds little depth to the game beyond "shoot the small sentry," I can see it having some uses but I don't think they're particularly cool uses or really valuable to the games meta and also kind of disrupts it, just like pomson
flying guillotine would be a straight upgrade to pistol, it does a ridiculous amount of damage and can be shot into chokes or corridors when a team is pushing or at hold positions so it's fairly brainless and also just annoying
wrap assassin is also fairly brainless and just annoying, neither of these weapons add anything to the game and beyond long range bleed damage which is just silly imo
cozy camper is a straight upgrade over SMG, which is why danger shield was banned(the ban was before the bullet/explosive damage change though), the reduced hit punch is actually incredible useful and can mean the difference between a sniper getting a kill or not especially since scout chipping is the only thing that really slows sniper until someone get on him close range or until you can coordinate spam well enough to force him to back off
