Tery_SpaceCadetI guess I can agree to a point. I would still think that if anyone would break that 66 death record on Viaduct specifically, it would be on purpose and not legit. The only way to hit that DPM mark is to feed non stop for mostly all of the match.
More importantly, the rest of the team would need to carry that player, win 3 rounds and force OT. That player would even need to feed the other team when his team is controlling the point.
I think we have our new mega-challenge for anyone playing in ESEA S23.
Challenge Accepted . . .
safrixwrechedddddonce you realize this game is 100% more fun playing 1-3 nights a week with friends instead of 5 youll understand.i mean u can win im playing 1-3 nights a week if ur just better than everyone else
that requires wrech to be better than someone which i dont think has ever been the case
SpaceCadetLosing IM will be a tough hit to take for competitive TF2.
idk cookiejake and broKing didn't seem to have trouble losing IM and the game survived just fine through it all
SpaceCadetI don't think it matters what roles they interchange at this point.
This lineup is far ahead of any other invite team this season IMO. Should be an intense battle for 2nd place.
unless luca goers happens or they merge players with bird noises i don't see any other teams that could really contest EVL for 2nd place
assuming 20b 4rent and mad men are all memes that is
in terms of deaths per minute viaduct is by far easiest because if you're losing your spawns are quicker (and if you're dying that much, odds are you're probably losing)
but unless nobody caps or there's a bunch of double overtimes the most it can go is like 45 minutes or so, so you'd have to have 1.5 deaths per minute to beat 66 deaths
DollyIs it habib or hassassin? The article is juxtaposing.
it's actually hass_poon_slayer_6ix_god
installed drivers from the chipset manufacturer and found the ping spikes to be a little less frequent, dunno if it entirely fixed the issue but looks like drivers do play a decent role in these things
definitely one of the best players on our team last season
filled the combo scout role pretty well and had pretty good calls overall
definitely deserves to play in invite again
only negative i can think of was that he didn't want to do map reviews with us and instead practiced in a dm server before scrims (claiming it was more helpful for him)
as far as i see it even if ur the best player in the world its helpful to review the map as an entire team just so u know u are all on the same page but then again meme team
who cares if youre shit id much rather be shit and have fun with it than be good and invest a ton of time practicing the game every day playing with people whose company you don't enjoy (or not enjoying the game yourself)
imo your mindset should be such that it literally does not matter at all and is just a game to fuck around in and have fun with, especially given that you're admittedly not good you should just be more relaxed about things and not worry about how bad or good you are or if you're improving or not, just have fun with the game and if you're not having fun uninstall it
Phoenix21bearodactylits not hard to play medic when u literally have a 7th guy sitting in mumble doing the main calling for you and all u have to do is the mechanics...you'd know right?
not sure what youre trying to say but i was at the event and sat behind kaidus to see his perspective for a few minutes, though it wasn't as if he was only speccing raymon and microing him (iirc it was more that he watched spudd as demoman is the class he knows the most about), he did do quite a bit of calling for the team which took a huge load off his back
id say probably 50% of medic is comms (pushes, uber advantages/disadvantages, etc.) and without as much emphasis on that (having other players who are very vocal on the team helps from my exp, can only imagine another person would do the same) all you have to concentrate on is dodging & positioning which is ezmode
edit: thats not to say that he didn't do well and that kos did better, but it should be taken with a grain of salt especially given how close the finals ended up being and how many silly mistakes were made by both medics (i wanted to cry when raymon walked in far right and got dropped by thalash on sniper when there was <90 seconds left to push process last)
