whats the file to edit that, mainly the bg, ive look in freezepanel_callout and basic, changed everything labeled bg and yet no sucess

FPS isn't linear, and so that could be relatively large or insignificant in your case.
Also you'll only see great benefits if these little things were a bottleneck, which they tend to flock to the CPU on all cores it can go to.
I went from ~140fps to ~155 fps.

I doubt it's of any use to post here, I'm sure it's been done before anyway, but you can get truly class specific crosshairs using edited versions of the static class images. The downside is that it doesn't work in sv_pure 2 as it's a custom material. If anyone is interested in it I'd be happy to upload what I've done so far, I'm just not sure that there was a point in making it/continuing work on it.

It's still 4 points for a win they probably didn't deserve. A team that would go to these lengths would take 4 guaranteed points over risking 0.

Yeah I was just spitballing, changing the points awarded for default wins seems like the best thing to do though. I'm not sure how to go about it, admin discretion is probably not a great way to do it. I only say that it's the best way to do it because the points are all that matter at the end of the day.
What about something like 4 points for a default win instead of 6?
The Toucan is a member of the family Ramphastidae of near passerine birds from the Neotropics. They are brightly marked and have large, often colorful bills. I know it's a horror-ish game but fear 1 was a genuinely enjoyable game, the other two sucked big time though. I'd agree with people saying limbo too, really fun game and brilliant art style.
I've had that in JayHUD for ever pretty much. You make the hudplayerhealth.res as wide and tall as the whole screen and make an instance of a bar along each of the sides. you'll have to re-position the health itself but that's your outline done. Then go to hudanimations and simply animate the bar to change colour when buffed and low.
Sounds like it's an problem with your ISPs routing, I get the same problem a lot too.
Yeah, use lawena or source recording tool or an equivelant if you want to make high quality videos for TF2. Even if you choose to not go down that path I'd suggest removing the HUD that you're using in the videos, unless the play is all made on low health for example. If you don't want to do that either I'd recommend checking out this video on demo smoothing, it's a lot nicer to watch than the zoom ins you've done in your videos. I'm interested to see how you progress with this project GL!
Out of interest have you completely bet away your bp? It's remarkably empty.
I forgot that I had this edit lying around, it's an edit of CBHUD (?), or at least from something Colly made a while ago. Thanks to a discovery by Qualx, I used a meter that's not really used much to create (with a lot of help from Qualx) a new take on uber meters. Sadly this doesn't work for any of the other meters like cloak or jaraate etc.

Do you have mat_showlowresimage or whatever it's called enabled? That causes the crosshairs to look messed up.
