crosshair is one of the least impactful settings imo
ive used magenta dot as long as i remember but literally anything that isnt comically mis-sized or a color that blends in with maps theyll all function more or less the same

kinda like they serve different purposes
you wont catch me biking if im going 10 miles in the rain for instance
plus using a bike ride, train ride, and walk all in the same journey usually ends up being the easiest route
