ShearsWhy do you have ingame sound (/weapon sound effects) on some frags but not others?
I love your style of visual editing, but the lack of attention to sound in this clip is really holding you back from greatness IMO.
truthfully i was just ignorant and forgot it because im so used to editing jumps, and audio is barely a factor there, its definitely something im going to pay more attention to in the future
upscaling shouldnt be too necessary, you should just increase your bitrate. i use between 25k and 35k. if you want to increase the encoding on youtube you can actually resize your game to 2560 by 1440 with statusspec https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxF7tX-pDxZbcTBpZE1QSEJtQXM/view
just install that and use the command statusspec_resolution_set 2560 1440
the problem isnt ur frame rate, its ur bitrate. this problem exists probably because ur using windows movie maker. get sony vegas or adobe premiere, in that software you should render your video as a lossless avi, however a lossless file is gonna be way too big for you to watch so you should get an encoding software, adobe media encoder and handbrake work pretty well, make sure when encoding you use the best settings possible. if you have any questions feel free to add me http://steamcommunity.com/id/SourceNick/
Fuxxa) "subjective" is a cop out from any form of criticism

ty fren
this is the exact command i use whenever i greenscreen in my viewmodels
"fog_enable 1; fog_override 1; fog_color 0 255 0; fog_start 0; fog_end 1; fog_enableskybox 1; fog_colorskybox 0 255 0; fog_startskybox 0; fog_endskybox 1; r_drawparticles 0; r_drawdecals 0;fog_maxdensity 1;r_drawsprites 0;r_drawopaquerenderables 0; r_drawstaticprops 0"
try seeing if the addition of those few commands change anything. you might also wanna check your dxlevel, ive noticed that the fog is thinner when its lower.
i got it to work on internal so i hope it works for you too
