i have downloaded lawena but there inst a launcher, it just isnt there...
i have downloaded it multiple times and used different zip extractors (winrar and 7zip) but i still dont have a launcher

I've updated some huds

freddiaNSinetiwhen i download whatever hud it is always a rar file in notepad, not a zip file. help?get an archive program, like WinRAR or 7zip. These will actually detect more files than just .zips (e.g. .rar, .tar.xz, .tar, .tar.gz) and are generally better than anything that comes with windows.. (inb4 mac user kek)
i already use winrar. welp. i guess ill try 7zip

you can just play a demo through lawena and record with shadowplay/fraps/whatever to make a simple, basic fragvid
the AVI recorder that was recently released (look up the thread on this site) also takes out the virtualdub step in the guide you linked if you decide you want to make a fancy fragvid
why do i have to play the demo through lawena? cant i just open tf2, play the demo and then record that?

gemmdo you press push-to-talk while the game is booting? i'm pretty sure that was causing the issue for me (or maybe pressing any other mouse button since my ptt is mouse5)
i dont remember pressing any mouse button. The only thing i remember trying to do was trying to alt+tab. I just disabled the overlay altogether after what kissakala said
