talktailshepthank you, i can confirm this works, but i cant start the normal one again if i dont go into task manager and kill all steam tasks. are there any launch options that i can add to my other steam shortcut to reactivate the browser and steam network? if there is no other option i am ok to terminate all steam related tasks
top left - go offline, then go online
if you want to do it shortcut wise, you gotta close it and use launch it without those options

in shortcut's desination add -no-browser -vrdisable nochatui -nofriendsui after the path
so it's going to look like this
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe" -no-browser -vrdisable nochatui -nofriendsuimind you your steam library won't work, so youll have to launch games from their actual directory or right-clicking on steam and launching it here
