EDIT: I want to discuss why the mangler is not allowed while stuff like iron bomber - a direct buff for demo and no reason not to use it over the stock - is allowed.
cow mangler, as a direct upgrade, was much stronger then it is iron bomber to stock
the point is, you didnt have to leave your spamming spot in order to get ammo, which mightve allowed someone to sneak in. plus demo can shoot few projectiles and eliminate a sentry within 2 seconds (even faster with some scout pistol focus), so you could run 2 manglers without a problem (unless kritzkrieg)

If you want to keep learning and making more videos, my personal recommendation would be to experiment with different Field of View settings for your smooths/cines and with figuring out how to make transitions between clips feel more smooth and natural
+1 for this, you should look into greenscreening viewmodels and try to think about movement in your smooths and how it follows up onto the next clip
only HLAE saves campaths unless im mistaken, by default i think it's in /tf/ folder
i never got them to load, but that might be just my problem
ive never had any problems with ragdolls in tf2, besides them being random at every playback. you may want to check your lawena config for some fancy things in it, it is recomended to use mat_queue_mode 0. now kermit's point comes in

in sfm, you dont restart the demo for the playback, so the ragdolls' movement is consistent and you can set up cams how you please. i get it you dont know how to work with it yet, but learn it and itll become very useful for you future projects

bday_baloon(s) also work and you can try eotl_ effects, since pyro_pool is used widely, so the others may also work
rule of thumb is to stay away from unusual effs, anything alien-like or effects that are meant to be played on repeat (candle flame, or flames in general)
