why do my POV demos look like aids

so far nothing really works, i did notice that pov demos from esea/scrims actually look okay, but on those servers i usually get 30-40 ping, so im assuming the 5-15 ping i get on tempus may be the issue, so i might just grab tempus stvs from now on, ty for help anyways guys
