adding "wait 60; sv_cheats 0" to end of the autoexec clears up mainmenu and local servers before joining a online server.

QuikLooks like that cause you are on a local sv cheats server, NOT gonna look like that on any other normal server. See my screenshots

Yes but there are still servers using the flawed version of spawns almost a year after the fix.
