you can do that, go to your class config and make a few bookmark binds, for each one write after it the description of the bookmark.
example: bind x "prec_mark medic surf"
and it will put the medic surf after the bookmark in killstreak.txt

they plan on it to be free when it's launched as well, it's a f2p game.

if you want it to be the same cm/360 your zoom sense needs to be around 3.6
if you want it to move the same amount of pixels on screen while scoped it's 0.8333
