If you want a career in CS/CE/EE you should go to school for it.
If you want to learn coding on the side because you enjoy computers and the problem solving that comes with programming there are plenty of resources online to help you.
I would focus on a side-project you want to do. Lets say you want to create a website. Then go learn the languages/material that you will need to complete that side-project. Don't go picking a language before you know what you want to do, that's backwards.

They had a lot of 2nd place finishes at major events in the second half of 2014. They havent been doing as well since then (switched aui for notail/bone7 starts drafting), but they are still considered one of the best western teams behind secret and eg. Over the past year we have seen a real separation between the top tier and 2nd tier teams in the West. EG, Secret, Cloud9 compared to Empire, VP, Navi, [A], Nip, etc.

Cinq programmed the original pug.na bot, pingu used his own bot after cinq left. Cinq then went to use his bot to make tf2mix.

then replace it when ESEA changes. Dilusive does not seem extremely knowledgeable in tf2. Instead of creating new standards he should adopt ones currently in place as a starting point. Dilusive should look at the current ruleset used by the largest 6v6 league and adopt it.
Or do we want 3 more pages of if we should have CTF gamemode, cvars changes, and weapon ban discussions.
