#7 diamond LFT LOW IM Med next season in Recruitment (looking for team)

diamond is a swell feller. plays the game a lot and is entertaining as hell to have in mumble. I think he's new to med but he's been maincalling for a season and can no doubt improve to wherever you need him pretty dang quick. also is a raging tard but tbh he's better for it

#49 How's your team faired so far this season? in TF2 General Discussion
Antaresunlocked gimmicks didn't piss me off as much as i thought they would

I can't decide whether the gimmicks are actually bad or if everyone is adhering to an unspoken agreement not to even try them. I thought the Beggars might really come out on Metalworks or Granary, but heck I know my own thoughts on even trying it were just "fuck that noise."

#9 How's your team faired so far this season? in TF2 General Discussion

At the start of the season I was gonna quit TF2 but figured I'd just go for one more tryout with a team that I'd scrimmed in the past and thought would be pretty low open. I'm not that good anyway and just figured I'd kinda look out for a chill experience, see if I could throw them pointers here and there, but goddamn it's been awesome. This team is really fun to play with and smashed my expectations of low open two weeks in. It's strange but it reminds me of the team I played with in iron; everyone is getting better really fast and just putting in the work; I really don't think it's a feeling that any game can replicate outside of TF2. The improvement is just so tangible between mechanical skill and team play, srsly godam midopen feelsgoodman

Unfortunately also like my iron team it's starting to feel like some of my teammates are now losing interest in the game as we reach the close of the season. Here's hoping we don't implode!

Failw1zardI'm just gonna take it easy and play with a no scrim HL team or something.

Evrewsapparently all you need to be a god in the series is a quick spurt of rage even though you were a character vastly below Cell level (Trunks)

making an excuse here but Trunks has been surviving against goku black, probably getting beat up and healed up over and over. They don't really talk about it anymore but saiyan biology is still a thing

I don't think it's that Toriyama lost his touch or anything, its just that DB should have fucking ended a long ass time ago. I seriously doubt anyone could have made the recent stuff any less corny. Like yes they could blow up planets before ever confronting Frieza, so where do you go from there? You can't just blow up the earth every single time any two characters fight. If you really need them, there are some simple little explanations, like everyone pulling their punches, or everyone getting better at controlling their power, or everyone needing a planet around in order to breathe. But I think just taking this kids show as a kids show and not worrying too much about continuity is kinda what you have to do in order to enjoy this once you're older. The King of Everything is a child for a reason.

Kavthe bright side is now everyones gonna realize how much ctf and payload truly blow for competitive

they won't though, because mm is total garbage. you might as well say a sparsely populated pub is comp tf2. If you're someone who isn't already into comp TF2, you're insanely unlikely to get more than 3-4 people per game who actually know what they're doing, and unlikely to be able to recognize what those people are doing right since it's so rare that you get to see them, and will never really get a feel for what works and what doesn't.

lmao, more payload, removing BADLANDS???? not foundry. not vanguard. not swiftwater. not the fps murdering stock viaduct. fuck i dont think gran is even that bad when its valve mm and neither team knows what the fuck its doing

i think valve are deliberately trolling us. there's no other explanation. i think my brain is straight up broke trying to work this one out

make al gore the president in 2000. not that al gore is the shit or anything but things would be very very different today if the republicans hadn't been in power during one of the most crucial time periods in recent history.
