i feel people only need to step in when seriously offensive stuff starts getting said and not just shit-talking
Shittalk has always been a part of competitive sports, have any of you actually ever played anything else to any sort of level.
You will find shit talk everywhere, let's not create an environment where you can't call someone shit in a server because it might hurt someone's feelings.
It is actually a viable tactic if you know the other team contains a tilter.
That being said, the edgy boi humour displayed by the thirdies on twitter was in very poor taste, Pred is indefensible but wouldn't it be a bit much to perma ban someone for telling someone to log off?

flushyOne thing apart from coaching that surprisingly hasn't been talked about that much is the use of a pause for 'tactical' reasons. At lan it got to the point where people were pausing freely without fear of repercussion under protection by some bs excuse like 'mumble crashed', comon we've all used that one before. I don't want to single any team out, they were all as bad as each other.
Let me clarify, I would be in favour of the use of a single 5 minute pause that can be used at the end of any round by a team so that they can reset or go over something that needs fixing, or perhaps you just want to kill the momentum of the opposing team.
If there are any admins here reading this I would urge you to make clear when a pause is and isn't permitted, but as I said it'd be cool to maybe have one use of a tactical pause per map (CSGO style).

Craig dan patch tobes sam mike taps aka TEZC, as far as I am concerned we are the heart and soul of the social aspects of lan and I love you all to fucking pieces.
Full Tilt aka TEZC | Prem Edition, boys you played the most exciting fun to watch and best tf2 at the event and we nearly did it, you made me enjoy watching tf2 again and we were so close. Thalash - had some great chats and you are way better than b1nny, kos - not only do you roll the best cigs you are a baller was great to catch up again, astt you are the definition of Finnish tf2 player embrace it. Sil - glad you made it glad you enjoyed the drinking! Mike - you have already been shouted out once don't get fucking greedy, alle, you reminded me of a young mattcv with all the shit you chatted in game, loved it.
The production team, you are far to numerous to name but I will shout out a few, Andy bones Arie and CX (and zara) great to see you again let's do it all again soon? Extine / mana - who knew I could actually like yanks? Great chats / great blokes. Ads - we have shared so much, up the royalty. Sideshow - never change, even if you made kos miss his train. Turbo - I will get you that beer back.
The aussies, Paulson - if you are ever single hit me up yeah? Fucking top quality cunt and come next time? Geoh thanks for laughing at all my fucking awful jokes and being all round top guy, hope the head isn't too bad this morning.
