Planning on getting a new mouse and mousepad for christmas cause they're both getting old and unreliable at times (HyperX Pulsefire FPS and Steelseries QcK)
I mostly play soldier and medic, hard wrist aim, 1600 dpi 2.3 ingame, not that firm of a grip it seems. I also have big hands with fairly long fingers (span of a tenth to an eleventh on a piano if that helps in any way) so I can't settle for a mouse that I can only fit half a finger on.

does anybody know how to get rid of the white shadow-like bar that comes from the middle of the screen and lands on the control point icon when someone starts contesting it ? I have the control point icon disabled per se but that feature seems to remain for some reason

a bit niche and definitely not what you should go for first but Far Cry 3 : Blood Dragon is really fun, has good aiming and movement mechanics, a cool aesthetic and can be done in around 10-15 hours while not feeling like just a meme.
Mentioning it instead of anything else because I don't know if many others would, and more common titles will definitely be mentioned anyway.

how do you disable seeing friendly players' health when hovering your mouse over them ? additionnally how do you disable the healer info banner that shows up when you're being healed ? asking for m0rehud if that changes anything

and i was just looking to get into the competitive scene to commit my time to something, eventually want to be in prem but that will be in time
There's already a 6v6 season running at the moment so there probably aren't many teams looking for players ; there should be many more transfers and teams lfp once this season concludes somewhere in December.

have you tried disabling steam overlay for tf2 ? I used to have some stutters because of it a while ago
