It is kind of worrisome that teams look for people with high damage outputs or good k/d's to consider them for teams now. How should you play in your tryout? Try to get the most damage out by baiting/dive bombing at retarded times, or play a smarter game?

He is a really nice guy, one you could easily play with for multiple seasons. I do think he should be looking for mid/high as scout though because he is that good at it.

I think you are crashing when alt+tabbing because you still have -dxlevel ## in your launch options. That's what happened to me when I left it in launch options anyways.
