looking to tryout for upcoming teams for next season or just ring in general

I have not played on a serious team since the wet bandits which was over a season ago so I would like teams to try me out beforehand instead of assuming that I am some rocket jump around everywhere/market gardening retard.
I say this because it has come to my attention that people actually think I play how I do when I pug/tf2mix/pugna/play lower level teams. I am looking for a team that tries to get better as a whole, which would include looking over demos/stvs and talking about the game, and one that is willing to stick together for multiple seasons.
I also want to say that yes I have been quite the salty dickhead since I was cut from wet bandits, and that I apologize to those that I have maybe gone a little overboard on (peyote, devon, hooli, jager, wrech, mangachu, blew, and any others I might have missed).
EDIT2: Willing to trial as any class in any div.
