slightly irrelevant but did that medieval mode competitive league die
when you got a server full of 12 people that wouldnt spend a half hour going "hey guys im cringing did you know im cringing" it was actually a pretty fun game
this gamemode's got potential and sounds interesting but gl with finding players willing to give it a try without whining

ether_i had a really solid invite team, with all friends, and it was killed by esea admins
then i get offered a spot on velocity, and then it dies literally the day after i join
it's so frustrating, i want to play invite and improve so badly but things are just preventing me from playing
at some point my motivation is going to be completely drained and im going to completely quit the game
i feel you, finding an esea team that won't either erupt or turn on you for nothing is so impossible
imagine doing everything right for 2 months worth of scrims then getting cut and missing out on the season because ?????
my desire to play comptf now is so bottomed out

my open experience:
- have the medic and scout of my first team try to cut me for an IM pocket, and when everyone else would rather play with me the two leave and kill the team
- have a pretty cool 2-season stint with a team until i become a scapegoat for bigger team issues and get replaced by an IM pocket
- get picked up on a pretty cohesive roster until last season's team deteriorates due to unsolved previous issues; new team salvages old team's demo but he won't play without his roamer friend (read: according to the team leader, not the demo himself) making me lft on the day the season starts
is it just me or are a lot of team leaders and players in open super two-faced? am i just running into all the really cut-happy aids rosters or is this the norm for open teams?
i for real just wanna play some esea tf2 but i forgot the meta was cutting your way to the top to win the equivalent of mcdonalds meal vouchers, damn man
