I started tf2 pretty early, at the age of 9 or 10, (14 now). I don't know if it was my first map, but ctf_mach4 seems to come to mind when I think of my early tf2 days. It was the map that I hit my first airshot on, and I went nuts. Fun memories . =P

Were you at 25% speed, if so, use 240 fps. I thought it was nice, colours and music worked well.

Suggesting soldier duos won't secure them as a possibility for who he picks, they need to nominate themselves. Some of these suggestions would be great though.

There's another option of making it so different from 6's that it doesn't split the community. I'm not sure how Valve could do this, but I believe that there's more than two formats of competitive tf2, without two of them being similar enough to split the community.
