RockoI'm in a position now where Im trynna find new friends in tf2 comp cause everybody I did know is gone and I hate seeing people turn down the hobby because of a toxic few.
if you're brand brand new, i recommend going to newbie.tf for pugs for beginner competitive players.
if you already have some experience, just go lft for a level you feel comfortable playing and be honest with the people you're trying out for that you're in it to make friends and have fun. remember that your tryout for their team is also their tryout for your services on the team. don't feel pressured to join a team just because you feel like its your only option at potentially making friends

untamedwhen sin respawned he said that there are soldiers in main before even seeing main and as an excuse he said he saw them going through his death cam, but in his death cam it didn’t indicate that if at all, so sin either had the best guess ever or he has walls
