My r9 270 was able to spit out ~300 fps, but it died so I got an rx 480, and it goes to about 1000 fps, then drops to 40 fps with almost no activity on the gpu.
Any ideas, have the latest drivers and such.

decemberTholeFullscreen lets you change your brightness. Also windowed gives me weird input lag for some reason.cant u just change ur screen brightness manually LOL
My knockoff korean monitor doesn't have an OSD so that's not an option.
