ya pmuch. You put it in the 0 folder and your numbers may or may not match up

one side effect is that msi afterburner etc will not show gpu utilization anymore; it'll be stuck at 0, but this fixes a lot of stuttering issues for me

Set all of these as dword values and restart your nvidia drivers

I mean they called me this morning but the lady @ the front desk started yelling at me asking why I emailed housing saying all they did was paint over the mold
she also told me to move all of my stuff immediately at 10:30 at night and then gave me a demerit for my gf coming back to the front desk after midnight (she was helping me move all my things)
the lady was so incompetent that she exaggerated everything when all I had to do was move some sheets down to a different room so I could sleep there while they repair it, so I ended up moving both my monitors, chair, and computer down 2 flights of stairs cuz of this shit

That's because with that little bandwidth, your connection is completely saturated when someone watches YouTube. So then you won't have enough bandwidth to play tf2.

A long time ago, I had 768kbit download speeds and god knows what my upload was. I still had decent ping. If someone loaded a webpage up, it'd cause my ping to spike to ~400ms. If another person went to join the same server as me, we'd both have ~100ms or so each. So, unless your bandwidth is extremely shit, it shouldn't affect your ping.
