Does tf2 run better/worse on Windows 10?

stimpyfan9When I had Windows 7, it ran over 100 fps (wow), but when I upgraded, now it runs from 30 to 55 fps
My PC Specs:
Intel HD Graphics 3000 Desktop 1366x768
Intel Core i3 370M 2.4GHz
3890MB of RAM left (???)
That's all I know
Open device manager and check for updates to your video driver. A lot of times when upgrading, it gets uninstalled and replaced with microsoft's generic driver, which would probably be why your fps died
