2 raw eggs, chased that down with a polar pop because the texture of raw eggs is awful. cup of V8 healthy greens juice and coffee (black). took my vitamins on top of that.
also didn't have any today, but I've been on and off having english muffins. like literally toasting them so they are crazy hot and crunchy so the peanut better melts. so freaking good.
