idk about you, but £400 to me is quite a lot of money for just another monitor, I personally run 1 42" Full-HD tv (for couch gaming co-op/movies) a 144hz benq as main screen for mainly fps games or when gaming alone, and a 23" 60hz for youtube/music/browsing, this is already a lot for your average pc user, I dunno what I would replace with a 4k monitor in the first place, even if I had the money I wouldn't because it's not really worth it to me untill movies mainly will get released nearly by standard Ultra-HD
