Ye always thought it felt more than 90, for example in games like mirror's edge 90 fov feels so small compared tp tf2, but this explains it :)
Spannzer80 fov literally gives me motion sickness, in any first person game
TF2 is one of the few where I can tolerate 90, on other games that feels so horrible

MOOSE_xprest1geDo you use Chris's config? Do you have "-high" added into your tf2 launch settings?Yes, I use chris's highframes and no, I do not have -high in my launch settings. I tried putting it in my launch settings and it didn't change my fps or anything I could see. What does it do?
It used to change the cpu priority, but it doesn't do anything on tf2 anymore for years (as far as I know?)
After all these people started to use playcomp.tf a few days ago in their steam alias and trying to get more new players I've had like 4 or 5 people randomly adding me already without even using the tag myself, just when playing mge/pubs people seem to be interested when you play in a different style than the rest of the players (mainly talking about pub here)
I explained a bit more than just linking him to playcomp.tf but this is generally all you have to do to atleast make them interested :)

If you wanna play comp, it depends what you want with it, do you just want to play it for fun, or to become the best, if you just play for fun, all you gotta do is reserve something like an hour 3-4 nights a week to scrim with your team, if you want to become really good you have to grind a lot of shit depending on the class you play
