gemmRotten_Mind-nod3d9ex disables steam in-game overlay
no, it speeds up alt-tabbing. some people reported high fps with it of off but im not sure if this was actually shown. i notice no difference (except aids alt-tabbing)

when i move there is a white/grey "overlay" that moves over the map as i move and im not sure if it has to do w mat_phong or my cowmanglias cfg. does anyone also have this problem?
its because of your graphics settings, its caused by fog volumes being low quality and only changing density at regular intervals instead of more consistently

i know its a recreation but i don't want people asking me how to fix problems with someone else's hud
dont feel down though as long as you're doing something you feel is fun keep at it
just like do remember that as tomu said most people probably really don't care, so as long as you're doing this for fun and not anything else keep at it, it's better to be doing something constructive with your time than just sitting doing nothing.
