Game crashes when I join a team. Anyone else?

edit: seems to be a problem with p-rec :(. Uninstalling it has fixed the problem.

edit 2: recording demos manually seems fine, it's just p-rec

Can you drive? If I was in your situation I would definitely look into booking a car hire at Heathrow. The drive to Coventry is about 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on traffic.

Quotes for hire I can find are around £60 for a small car for Friday to Monday and you'd need to put aside money for fuel and parking so it could get pretty expensive but you'd be saving yourself hours of travel and be able to leave monday morning instead of sunday night.

Once you get outside London, public transport in the UK is pretty poor.

edit: maybe you could hang around Heathrow Friday morning and car-pool with some other gamers to split the cost

Whether you like it or not, pretty sure everyone's agreed that this is gonna break the 6v6 meta. What I don't understand is how they thought this would help pubs. It's actually just engineer fortress 2 out there now.
