When I played Sun/Moon it felt like the game was holding my hand the entire time and showing me cutscenes every five minutes. Exp Shares spreading to all your Pokémon also made it ridiculously easy to breeze through the main game too. I'm liking what I see so far (apart from Dynamax) but I really hope this game doesn't make me feel like I'm just along for the ride to the extent Sun/Moon did.
I don't really understand why this rule is a thing for some of the offclasses on last/during stalemates that people would only run for 2-3 minutes on average per game (Pyro, Heavy, Spy, Engineer, Sniper to a lesser extent). For a class like Engineer most of the cheese unlocks are banned in 6s anyway, so what does banning people from playing that class accomplish exactly?
Also does me not being allowed to play Spy also mean I can't check the medigun at the start of the game lol
Cool idea for a project but if you want to attract developers for this I think you'll have to do better than just write out your goals for it and actually think further ahead about how you will accomplish those goals. There's a lot of things to consider when making a system like this.
The primary thing to consider is whether people will use it at all: if it's not easier than posting in a Discord channel or less time consuming to set up than it would be to plan your own scrims, it won't have any users and people will feel forced/inclined to use Discord anyway even if an alternative exists. Also important to note is that if you want to make this a service for lots of people you'll need to check if there even is any interest for this in the first place. I think your first step should be to create a poll of some sort and check if this is something people want and what kind of features they would like/find useful.
Another pitfall is the actual matching system. I think it will be very difficult to actually get the system to book scrims vs teams of equal skill or similar, because even in the same division there is quite a large skill gap between the bottom and top teams. Some teams won't mind playing vs teams far better than them but not everyone is the same in that regard. Until you can think of a solution for that I don't think a fully automatic system will work. Semi-automatic? Perhaps.
You want people to get notified about booked/cancelled scrims. Cool, but how do you want to do that? Mail? Discord? Steam? Push notifications?
How would this system work across different leagues and regions? You'd have to separate them in a proper and clear way so the system does not try and book scrims vs ozfortress teams when you play ETF2L or something silly like that.
Maybe you've thought about some of the things you've mentioned already and how you would implement it, but I feel like it's important to be very clear what it is that you want and how you want it to work. I like your concept but I don't think any developer would want to put their time into something like this (for free), just to realize that there is no demand for whatever it is he developed or that people prefer just messaging people over Steam or Discord to book scrims.
You could maybe talk to the person who made scrim.tf and pitch your idea there, while it's not really what you're looking for I think it would fit in nicely with the player availability system he made.
It doesn't help your case calling every admin in the league completely incompetent and moronic, even if you are not aimbotting. You've been banned for like, what, a day so far? Did you even bother contacting any admin before posting four comments on your Steam profile and having your buddy make a TFTV thread about it?
Also not sure how demos a player could have hand picked prove anything in terms of not being a cheater, let alone linking a ban post from eight years ago as a reference to the current state of AC staff.
SitngusI have weird problem. I had everything working last week, I do preload this correctly but yeah, for some reason it doesn't work properly. I mean, sometimes it works, sometimes not. When I change class/server/map it might break. No idea whats happening. I tried to reinstall this but it didn't work
If you are using mastercomfig, check if you have asynchronous disk loading disabled.

creeprootplease, can anyone post a tutorial on how to do this? I have no idea how to use mirv commands!
Someone made a tutorial on this about a year ago:

I'm not sure if this is intentional, but I can not see any of the Sniper backpacks (Cozy Camper, Razorback, Darwin's Danger Shield) when using the nohats option (headsfeet).
JarateKingJust as some debugging, you wouldn't happen to be using a mac or linux would you? That might explain both the .bat file breaking with selecting options, and the actual scripts generating it failing (since it depends on running other scripts which run some imagemagick executables, which I'd wager is why everything appears black).
I'm on Windows 10. I dual boot Windows and Linux but I don't think that really matters for running the script when I'm on the Windows install. I'll try the vpk you put in the zip, thanks a lot.
As a side note, the black textures actually look kinda neat in their own right even though it's an unintended side effect.
Even though I chose not to use flat textures, the command prompt is telling me it is generating these files anyway. It's been stuck on this for about five minutes.
EDIT: after about 15 minutes it finished everything but despite selecting I didn't want the flat textures my game looks like this now.
There's an example of a nested for loop in the Python docs.

(also are you in the middle of an exam right now, cause the file name is exam1.py lol)

now we just need a script to change the spycicle melt sound to the mvm tank explosion
