I added a filter in adblock for TF.TV hardly noticed a difference, the ads aren't very intrusive here.

Here are some tricks that I am using that helps with RSI, Playing Russian style helps me as it encourages better posture and doesn't put as much strain on my arms.
I also recently installed this program:
http://www.workrave.org/
You can set it to go off regularly at set intervals, when it does, it will overlay your screen with a message reminding you to take a small rest, or walk you through stretches for an amount of time you can set.
I've only been using this program for a day, however I feel much better than I usually do. I recommend it to anyone else who uses the PC for long sessions.

compare numlocked doing possibly better during one lan event to seemingly endless seasons of b4nny being the best.
OK I will:
Numlocked has a practically identical record, with 2 notable exceptions, his undefeated streak is an extra season longer and his undefeated streak continued when he met b4nny as well as TCM and ryb who similarly proved stronger than HRG.
