I don't think the players would be miserable. Good leaders/managers can manage anyone you just have to do so on an individual level.
So you're saying it will be more difficult, implying that only the "good" captains would pull it off?

I try to avoid acting immediately. I consider if its just my perception of the world causing the problem/offense or the other person has genuinely stepped out of line, in a way that I would consider excessive from his/her point of view.
If the former I ignore the situation and try to consider why I am so easily offended, and change that about myself. If the latter, I consider what would be appropriate as a response, with my highest priority being avoiding future damage, and my lowest being the feeling of revenge.
If I am truly out for revenge, I try to avoid any repercussions.
YOU were really mean to ME in mge, geknaiir but I didn't go posting it on your looking thread because MGE makes everyone mad, besides I hear sub is much better to play with than against, which is ideal in a teammate.
Marxist is maybe the smartest man I know. If you've ever wondered what the guy from "the most interesting man alive" commercials would be like, you can find out by talking to marxist.
No matter what the subject is he knows something really really helpful or cool.

This is how cute he is.
How can you not want this.
I use an alt so people don't avoid me.
I will play if there is still a slot.
PYYYOUR At every exchange of server negotiation of schedule negotiation, teams inch the situation in their favor, which sometimes ends up in a 5v6, FFL, or just a shit match.
I remember one match had to be rescheduled with a support ticket for one of the spare servers in an odd location, because of a client update. We opened a ticket got a list of 6 servers, told the other team we opened a ticket and there was only one available server (which happened to be our favorite of the 6.) Told them to post in the match comms to agree to it, which they did.
Ben is probably the chillest man you can play video games with.
He has always been an amazing person and a great friend.
Like I said before, I brought no one to the team
This is the most confusing name of all time.
Khakiwhen 5/6 players on your roster have played invite, I'm pretty sure you don't get to play open
That isn't how I remember my first ESEA match.

Chill dudes
Who would just hate on a sport and not just play another sport.
Everytime I think I want to call someone out on how they played during something like this, I have to stop and check myself, if I could play at that level, if I understand the stress or problems that person might also be having, and if so I ask myself if I could prove it when asked.
This keeps me from talking shit out of my ass more often than I would maybe want in retrospect, and I highly recommend this process to all of the people giving crespi shit right now.
I have yet to see a player post shit about crespi that can consider themselves above his level and back it up.
Indust has always been cool, helpful and polite to me, maybe insulting him rubs him the wrong way?
