Tsar is a good fellow, always looking to improve and get better. He maintains an overall positive attitude which helps him be the good teammate he is. He's been on a spree of gradually improving as the dentist class during the past few seasons. More experience will let him operate sufficiently at the mid-IM level, but he definitely is ready to get his feet wet.
