8.2 roam, down from about 7.5 for a year.
jumps went well but I used my wrist instead of my arm, figured lower sens would force me to use arm more.
please correct me if i'm wrong and if i'm giving myself massive RSI by doing this

I had a similar experience. My wrist was getting very sore while i was playing on a 6 inch 360 so I decided to lower my sens to arm aim. I noticed that I would pretty much wrist aim anything lower than 9 inches bc I could and anything higher than that became far to inconvenient to do so. So if you are trying to force yourself to arm aim you should either practice consciously to focus on arm aiming or lower your sens to a point where you are forced to arm aim. I use 11 inches now but my shoulder gets sore a lot when playing so idk... the grass isn't always greener
