superlux hd681 + zalman clip on mic. Combines its 40 dollars or so and better than any headset you can find for the money

This headset is pretty good, used it before and recently bought a new one.
Don't think I can confirm how durable it is, however.

Agree on the headset, I have one and build quality is excellent, very sturdy, sound is decent, very lightweight, cheap.

Had it for 5 months and have had 0 problems the entire time. Have traveled with it a bit too (to and from friends houses/lan).
