I've been trying to get this to work for a while now, all the information I've been getting is pretty outdated.

If you've installed it in tf2's folder and it isn't working then you gotta put d3d9.dll, dxgi.dll and injector.ini (these files will appear in tf2's location after you've installed sweetfx) in SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\bin also you gotta disable anti aliasing from tf2s graphics options or else sweetfx won't work
