I'm back with more, feel free to comment if you disagree on stuff.

Ascent.EU vs Ora Elektro : 6-0 (5-1, 6-1)

What I expected : A remake of the Se7en vs Ora match in week 1. Even if you could argue that Ascent is not as strong as Se7en, they are still a level above Ora Elektro.
What I got : A correct prediction, for once (yay!), Ascent.EU had simply better DM and coordination. It was to see Ora Elektro try though instead of going all out with offclassing, and they did put up a valiant effort, managing to win a round and some middles in both maps, and generally putting a good fight in the first half of both maps.
Stand-out players : No one really, in my opinion. It was a match with mostly big teamfights and I didn’t notice anyone from Ora Elektro in particular, while Ascent.EU players were living up to my expectations. I guess I could mention Azunis, who is apparently on a mission to backstab every top prem medic in existence, and he’s doing a pretty good job at the moment.

My sons basketball team vs The swamp : 6-0 (2-1, 1-0)

What I expected : Certainly a close game. While I would have given an edge to The swamp at the beginning of the season, My sons basketball team proved they were no pushover with a golden cap against wer das liest ist doof, although they lost both the golden cap and the “longest team name” competition. They also tied against Nunya the week after, and it was with an altered roster. This match was also a good test for The swamp, seeing as they got only matched against Ascent.EU and The Bus Crew before.
What I got : (This is only based on the logs, seeing as STV demos are bugged for me.) Both maps were down to the wire. On Gullywash, The swamp got the first round after 15 minutes of play, but despite some skillful offclassing from their scouts, ultimately lost the game. Seeing as degu died 5 more times than Raptor, I am guessing that something went wrong on their flank. The second map was a 0-0 up until the final seconds and a successful backcap from Gotti. The swamp seemingly fixed their flank, but the log shows that they got more both more damage and kills than their opponents, displaying both good DM skills and a potential lack of focus fire (this is only a hypothesis).
Stand-out players : Scruff has some very good stats for Gullywash, and his heal-heavy play-style does not seem to impact his team negatively. Also Raptor is back, and it’s always nice to see prem players return (also that’s one more target for Azunis).

Nunya vs wer das liest ist doof : 0-6 (2-3, 3-4)

What I expected : Nunya and the Germans seemed both playoffs contenders, with rosters that combined both new prem players and seasoned veterans. With both of them coming from less than satisfying results against former top High teams the week before, this match could very well show who has it in them to reach playoffs, and who doesn’t.
What I got : Well, it was certainly one of the closest match of this season, if not the closest. Gullywash went for 10 minutes before anyone scored a round, but right after Nunya did, the Germans struck back with 3 extremely fast rounds, winning mid every time. They eventually managed to contain Nunya’s aggression for the rest of the match, losing one other round in the process, but still coming out on top. The second map started with the Germans taking 3 fast rounds again, but this time they could not contain the sheer aggressiveness of Nunya, who managed to take back 3 rounds in less than 9 minutes and also won every mid but one. Unfortunately for Nunya, their playstyle turned on them, and some after failed pushes from them, they ended up conceding another round and losing the game/
Stand-out players : Puoskari had a strong performance on both maps, showing that he’s still a top scout and a force to be reckoned with. Smirre joined the Germans to replace letto (which means that I can’t call them “the Germans” anymore), and had a very good game and looks like an upgrade right now.

This season in general is really close. Apart from Ascent and Se7en, I feel like every other team is capable of winning games against any team in the bottom 6.
