for the past year or so i have had dickcheese internet and it was funny at first but nao its annoying. how do u ppl who can't get fibre have decent internet where u can kind of play tf2? help me out pls also it says on Openreach website i should be able to get it in 4 months is that a pack of lies? thanks my fellow gamers as per usual

the issue isnt so much as ping its more about stability ill have like 60 ping for about 2 rockets then the next two are like 400 for example

Do you have other people using your connection?

Flashing a router to LEDE and using Cake traffic shaping like suggested in this thread made my internet considerably less awful when my flatmates are using it.

Using ethernet helps. You could also try an fps config which affects network settings- mastercoms' config fixed most of my lag spikes.
