you have to place the interp on the 58th line of your classes cfg

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg and create scout.cfg soldier.cfg e.t.c (heavy is heavyweapons i believe) and place the interp in each of them. The config will execute when you play that class and change when you play others
