from what i understood bhopping isn't possible in tf2 but this happened to me a while back and i never really got an explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PaLfeDj9-BY
this was in a lobby in a normal serveme.tf server that i'm pretty sure didn't have any plugins on it.
any explanation?
