It should be up momentarily - the render has a few errors in it but it's a 40 minute video and the audio is preserved so life is ok.

:D If you really want to I could make a little video about how we push last on snake with like 4-5 strats lol.

The main thing is that you just can't push snake 6v6 - you have to buy some kind of advantage with an off class or forcing a pop. Or being able to read when they've over invested into a second hold and you can just lock them in spawn and cap ezpz.

What we call a "European uber" where you recycle the uber - just isn't effective on snake because there's so much distance to cover - and your opponent has no reason to hold close on you or pop early.

Thanks for the review, I can say it definitely helped and I will certainly be posting more in the future. Also I couldn't see most of that video you had at the end with Clockwork except the end where he picked the medic after his went down. Also how can I record so it is not a pov and you can look at the teamplay better as well.

@34 You have to get the STV off the of the server - whoever operates your server can get the STV out of the FTP for the server (it'll be in the tf folder just like a demo you recorded) - there are tons of little programs you ca install on your server to auto record after every double ready up so you get clean STVs too (otherwise you'll get stv's with all the pregame). Sometimes the teams you play are nice enough to give them if you ask.

yeah I was mad that FRAPs messed that part up :( he just went under and around - I wasn't really intending to use clockwork as a paragon example there - just something to have on instead of the menu of TF2 lol.

I just heard about the mix^ way of pushing last on Snake where you throw everyone except your pocket and medic at their combo. In that version, it's obviously best to die quickly and respawn, but is it also best, after you've forced their uber, to spread damage around rather than killing anyone? So they push out weak and overconfident.

Yeah it's called the 4-man suicide it's useful on gullywash too - you basically just have 4 people go in all at once, suicide for their med (it's important that everybody do this all at once so said medic doesn't hide in spawn)pop their uber, and then die quickly, they then push out, and if they don't push out extremely quickly (often players will dilly dally - especially if they're paying attention and notice that everybody died besides your med + pocket) once they get on the point (you'll hear them coming) you just pop your uber and stop the point and then roll to last because you've likely picked 1-2 players stopping second, so you just slow push last. This doesn't really work on every map but it's effective on snake and gwash.

Also oneseeker's demo will be uploaded shortly.

Unfortunately I can't review your demo - I need an STV demo (taken from a server's tf folder) or a POV demo, not a demo recorded by somebody who happened to be in STV because it constantly switches perspective at random and drifts around. Feel free to submit another though!

Here's an odd game. This is an stv of us against our most regular opponents on Gullywash. Their players are as good as ours but it never feels like they are at risk of beating us. They killed me 21 times here (versus 12 for their medic). If you could diagnose their major faults we would all be most grateful.

Score was 5-1 as I said, but it wasn't a roll, it was pretty back and forth for most of the rounds. It was also not actually a tf2mix, we were just using a tf2mix server, it was a scrim in actuality. Any and all reviews of it will be appreciated. =)

Np, I could've done more with the mids if it was an stv, but you mostly never broke the scout rules and that's fun to watch :D
