my mini sentry and regular sentry panels seem to use the same file and i cant figure out how to seperate them. hud_obj_sentry_disp.res seems to do nothing and hud_obj_sentry.res seems to control both someone help me please :3

sentry_disp is the disposable sentry upgrade in MvM, a mini will use the obj_sentry file and show the lvl 1 building image

im not weedgod but if u want it to be stock delete resource/ui/hudmatchstatus.res and resource/ui/hudroundcounter.res but if you do that it will also screw up the round timers n stuff

if u dont want to screw up the round timers then go into hudmatchstatus and cntrl f for TeamStatus and screw around with the values in that panel. You should be able to work it out if you have a basic idea of hud editing and are not stupid

the middle bit that surrounds the timer is controlled in hudroundcounter and the roundcounter entry in hudmatchstatus :)

@sBio Those big player icons are part of WietHUD, I can work on a 'smaller' version of them.

@TheFastFreak: SpectatorTournament.res modify the base_y values, this is the team1 base for your own team, the enemy one is team2 (in case of STV) and most likely has a negative delta_y value as well. (easiest way to edit is local server with mp_tournament 1 and tf_bot_add 18 and edit from spectator)

Maybe try changing your mat_antialias value. It sounds like something really far out of left field but in the past I've had issues with names not showing up properly on the scoreboard because of a certain mat_antialias value. No idea why, but changing this made things "unbroken".

If that doesn't help then maybe check your scoreboard file to see if any fields like name_width don't have a large enough value. You may have to mess around with some values to see if the names reappear

I am having a new problem I think i messed something up in my Clientscheme and now the "free" slots are in a strange white color. I´d like to know how i can change this color back to normal.

This happened after I imported the item frames from Clientscheme.

Your files are resource/ui/mainmenuoverride.res and resource/gamemenu.res

Gamemenu controls the commands, labels and other special things such as if they apear ingame or not, it should not be too difficult to work out, just copy + paste a pre existing button

For mainmenuoverride cntrl f for findagamebutton and copy that one and change the propeties you want

The command for sound restart in gamemenu is "engine snd_restart"
Record is "engine record"
And fix hud would be "engine hud_reloadscheme" but if you want it to also reload the main menus you would need to change the antialiasing and disable vgui chacheing so something like "engine vgui_cache_res_files 0; incrementvar mat_antialias 1 2 1; hud_reloadscheme; vgui_cache_res_files 1"

Please use the built-in Demo Support Recording instead with a 'engine ds_record'!

For the buttons you can simply #base this section of my file into your MainMenuOverride and add the command stuff to your GameMenu.res

What is wrong with changing your antialias? For me it is faster when I want to reload my menus as I dont have a speedy ssd and it takes longer to launch tf2 than change my antialiasing.

Is there any reason to record a demo over hud_reloadscheme? It would show invisible players but it would also stop any demos that are currently recording and if you want to fix that much you might has well go the full way and put snd_restart and hearbeat in anyway

You cant. If it is a text crosshair try adjusting the wide and tall values and the textinsetx and textinsety or just use a vtf crosshair
