I've been trying to use konr wings(or yz50's crosshair) , a hud crosshair to be centered directly onto my in-game default crosshair. Wanting to make it looks identical to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PMQQ6Tx3Nsg

I am having trouble doing this and its really frustrating me, so I decided to ask for some help

I have tried using the xpos/ypos and I cant come close to getting it centered

I am using 1024x768 with black bars.

Using broesel_blue hud

adjust the "wide" and "tall" values. These are a more accurate way to center hud crosshairs

my only other suggestion would be to try fiddling with an xpos change and them adjusting the wide values, assuming that your ypos value is where you want it to be

http://www.teamfortress.tv/35367/vtf-crosshair-pack

it should be perfectly centered

try adding the following to the crosshair element

xpos "cs-0.5"
wide "51" // preferably odd value (for actual centering)
textAlignment	"center"
proportionaltoparent "1"

[code]xpos "cs-0.5"
wide "51" // preferably odd value (for actual centering)

Just did what you said wiet. It did change the position to a place where it was a lot more centered but you can obviously tell its not

Dont use a font crosshair. Please no. Just copy it in paint.net or photoshop or anything and make a vtf out of it
