Hey guys it seems like valve broke tf2 again. Whenever I attempt to join a map on my mac tf2 crashes without an error message or anything to acknowledge the crash.
I am on a 13" late 2013 MBPr
Specs
~default does not fix it
clearing my custom folder also does not fix it
I am assuming that when valve "fixed" the memory issue with texture settings on mac (and possibly linux) they screwed something up.
I also saw someone else in truktruk's stream mention the same thing.

It's been reported TF2 on OSX/macOS has apparently been crashing with the Scream Fortress update. There will probably be a hotfix today or tomorrow. (hopefully)

it's 6:12 PM in washington, they still have time to push the update today and it's not like tomorrow's out of the question considering they released an update for the end of the mym update a few weeks ago on a saturday
