Hello,
this is a fork of the mkHUD that nimtra made with some changes that you can see on the GitHub page. This post is mainly here for people to yell at me why I'm not creating a HUD from scratch myself and rather just copy-pasta one and change a few values.

Notes

if you're HUD looks a little broken, try installing all the fonts in inserthudnamehere/resources/fonts, just select them all, right-click and select "Install".

There should be screenshots, but judging from the features/changelog it seems like it'd be more a hud mod for http://www.teamfortress.tv/8247/show-your-hud-modifications than a full hud on its own. Modding huds is fine, but it should go in the thread for it, otherwise we'd have a thousand threads for these things. And using another hud as a base for a full release is fine too (both my huds are actually secretely half-mods of noto, and no one's ever complained about that), but you need to really go huge with it, enough that by the end of it you may as well have made it all yourself (again with my examples, both took over a year of work to release, though I'm not the fastest or most consistent dev).

I don't ever recall giving you permission to release a "mkhud fork".

Not only that, but this is just a hud modification. You didn't edit any of the class loadout panels, backpack panel, none of that. You just put the old background I used to use, put boxes around the health and ammo, and did a horrid job with centering the text on the menu. You could have spent maybe 2 minutes to actually align the text and also extend the grey panel ~15 pixels longer. You also left your transparent viewmodel in.

Please don't make a whole thread for this. Like what JarKing said, it's just a modification. If you edit the menus and maybe not reuse all of my VTF files, and make it seem like a completely different hud than my hud, then maybe it wouldn't be as bad.

unless it's a full-fledged new hud please don't try to brand it as your own
