im pretty sure teams would enjoy finding a player who is a nice guy instead of a toxic dumbass regardless of skill
just work on your attitude and you'll find a team its that simple
(and of course getting better will help always so spending time in DM servers and MGE is useful)

If you ACTUALLY want to try and get out of the hole that you've dug, you've got a lot of backtracking to do and a lot of opinions to change, most importantly the general opinion of you. But you can get there if you work hard enough, ask for advice on how to get better from those that are clearly better than you, and try to repaint a better image of yourself.
