hi i play on hd4600 and i want to play on 1024x768 for more fps

but it's always black bars and idk how to make it stretched, anyone know how?

also i get a ton of screen tearing on 60hz, are there any settings i can use to make it smoother short of buying a 144hz?

Save your money, buy computer parts, then a 144hz

1. open up your graphics control panel, set res to 1024*768, choose stretch

2. play in windowed noborder mode 1024*768
