I've tried placing the files in tf/custom/customstuff, tf/custom, and just tf. I've tried leaving them in the folder they came in and putting them in separately. Nothing's working! What gives?

are you putting the actual hud folder in tf/custom or are you putting a container folder in?

some hudmakers put the actual hud folder inside of another folder to allow for customization folders/etc. you should be placing the folder that has /resource and /scripts directly inside of it.

Here's some screenshots of what my folders look like. I'm wondering if there's an old HUD file I'm just not seeing that's fucking things up? I just added info.vdf on the recommendation of one of my friends but it didn't seem to do anything. This is the HUD I'm trying to install.
